This Privacy Statement applies to KM-LOGIX’s just-clause.com website and governs all data collection and usage throughout the site. By using KM-LOGIX’s just-clause.com web site, you signify your consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Statement and agree that your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to the Terms of Use. You should check this Privacy Statement frequently for any changes. Protecting the privacy of children
KM-LOGIX web sites are not directed at children under 13 and we will not knowingly allow anyone under 13 to provide any personally identifiable information. If you are under 13, please do not provide any information about yourself.

Information collected
KM-LOGIX will collect your name, mailing address, email address, and payment card information when you subscribe to our premium services, such as the FAR Analysis or Search Contract pages (hereinafter referred to as “Premium Content”). For services offered at no cost to you, such as the Clause Library and Forum (hereinafter referred to as “Free Content”), KM-LOGIX may require you to create an account and provide an email address and password.

While using Premium Content, KM-LOGIX may also allow you to enter a unique contract or solicitation identifier such as the contract or solicitation number in order to establish a record under which the clauses will be analyzed. You may also provide additional information regarding your solicitation of contract to help you distinguished between multiple records or to help you search records by keywords.

Please be aware that any information that you post on the Forum will be viewable by others; please do not disclose any personally identifiable information or other sensitive information.

In the course of using just-clause.com site, you may submit certain content to KM-Logix, including some limited personal data (such as your email address or name), limited company data (such as the company name), and some limited information related to your research (such as the solicitation, contract, or subcontract number (hereinafter referred to as “Content”). When you copy and paste your document (e.g. solicitation or contract) into our tool, we only extract clause numbers and their versions. The rest of the content (e.g. clause titles, prescription, full text, and exceptions) comes from our database. In lieu of entering a contract or solicitation number when creating a contract record, you may want to use some alternative unique identifiers (such as “Contract 1”, “RFP 2”); however, we believe that all clause numbers in contracts are releasable under FOIA, while clause numbers in solicitations posted on FBO.gov are in public domain.
