MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET (MSDS)(NAVAIR)

    (a) The contractor shall forward an electronic copy of the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) required under FAR Clause 52.223-3, "Hazardous Material Identification and Material Safety Data", to [email protected] and the Naval Inventory Control Point (NICP) at [email protected]

    (b) One copy of the MSDS shall be enclosed with the shipping documents. If the shipment is received without an attached copy of the MSDS, the Government has the right to refuse receipt.
