FAR 52.223-19 Compliance with Environmental Management Systems. Basic (May 2011) (Current)

As prescribed in 23.903, the contracting officer shall insert the clause at 52.223-19, Compliance With Environmental Management Systems, in all solicitations and contracts for contractor operation of Government-owned or -leased facilities or vehicles, located in the United States. For facilities located outside the United States, the agency head may determine that use of the clause is in the best interest of the Government.
Compliance with Environmental Management Systems (May 2011) The Contractor’s work under this contract shall conform with all operational controls identified in the applicable agency or facility Environmental Management Systems and provide monitoring and measurement information necessary for the Government to address environmental performance relative to the goals of the Environmental Management Systems.
